High speed Internet Service (T1):
Free high speed internet is available in each of the 500 guestrooms and suites. Full instructions regarding the use of this service are provided. Cable is also provided by the hotel. Complimentary wireless Internet service is available in the lobby.
Lake Shore Athletic Club & Spa:
A 10,000 square foot full service fitness center, that is attached to the Hotel, has just completed a 2.8 million dollar renovation. Lake Shore Athletic Club features a large indoor swimming pool, 3 indoor tennis courts and the latest in fitness equipment. Entrance to the fitness center is complimentary to our guests. Spa services and court time are available at a nominal fee.
The specified family hours for the Indoor Pool are, Monday-Friday:
8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays:
8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
2 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Sundays/Holidays:
8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
300 East, an American Cafe:
Our newest restaurant offers a wide variety of Midwestern classics including the finest certified angus 24 oz. prime rib, Lake Superior whitefish cooked on a cedar plank and for dessert a signature chocolate "martini" which combines fresh raspberries and white chocolate mousse topped with dark chocolate and served in a martini glass. 300 East offers a delightful Chicago neighborhood dining experience at surprisingly delectable prices.
Parking Information:
Daily Parking Fee: $27.00 (USD) Completely enclosed self-parking in a spacious facility for up to 230 cars, adjoining the hotel. Parking facility isto the general public at a charge of $37 for 24 hours. Spaces are limited and are on a first come-first served basis. Parking fee of $27 is for 24 hours as a registered hotel guest and can be charged to the guest room. Parking facility24 hours. Oversized trucks, vans and SUV's may not fit. Additional parking for oversized vehicles and alternate parking is available within 1 block - payment of offsite parking in surrounding lots is the sole responsibility of guest.
